Description
The Gerard Method (TGM) is a program, offering 6 transformation sessions each month. Every month is comprised of 4 physical (outer) training sessions, and 2 inner training sessions (breathwork, meditation, energy work). Additionally, each client receives a weekly workout and nutrition plan aligned with their transformation goals, ongoing check-ins throughout the month, and an optional community support chat group to further connect and encourage each other along your journey.
