I would describe a transformation coach in the health and fitness space as a personal guide and motivator rolled into one. They’re someone who walks alongside you on your journey of growth and change, helping you navigate the ups and downs, celebrating your successes, and offering support when things get tough. Imagine having a trusted friend who listens to your dreams and goals, helps you break them down into manageable steps, and keeps you accountable along the way. I’m here to provide encouragement, perspective, and practical strategies to help you transform your inner and outer fitness in ways that matter most to you.

The Gerard Method specifically is a comprehensive online transformation program, which includes a personalized training and nutrition plan based on your goals, as well as spiritual inward sessions comprised of breathwork, meditation, and energy work to help you recalibrate. This inner and outer fitness approach will promote mental, emotional, and physical fitness. TGM program also offers frequent support via apps, whatsapp messenger, weekly check-ins and in-depth feedback. You will be working with me directly. No automated apps or recordings, but actual live sessions with me.

It’s $500 per month to hire me as your full-time transformation coach. After the first month, the monthly membership can be cancelled at any time.

Very often, we’ll communicate at least a couple times per week! I’ll send you a check-in questionnaire weekly that will provide me with information beyond what we collect from tracking your training and nutrition alone, such as energy and mood levels, hunger, recovery, steps, and hydration for more robust data points. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, I’ll provide you with personal feedback, where I’ll highlight areas where you’re doing well and areas of opportunity we should focus on next. All this ensures we’re consistently moving towards your inner and outer fitness goal at a rate you’re happy with.

Yes, when I create your plan, I’ll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced clients. Upon sign up, you’ll be required to complete a questionnaire; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you’re a beginner, I’m going to ensure you achieve exciting results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you’re an advanced meditator and/or fitness participant, I’m going to ensure I take your routines to the next level.

No, you don’t need a gym membership. The beauty of inner fitness is it can be done anywhere. As for the physical fitness portion of the program, when I create your plan, I’ll design it around the equipment you have available. With that said, if your fitness goal is to build significantly more muscle and you have no equipment, then I’ll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; such as a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench, or a set of resistance bands. We will design a plan and appropriate fitness environment based on a budget that works for you.

Not at all, I work with people from all over the world. Most of my current and potential clients are in the United States and UK/Europe. One of the best things about online transformation coaching is that you can work with me from anywhere in the world.

The ideal client is someone 35 years and older, looking to either get their health back on track, overcoming a life hurdle, or just has a desire to see how far they can excel through a disciplined approach and accountability. With that said, if you’re younger, but committed to improving your inner and outer fitness and feel this transformation program will be beneficial, I’m happy to have a free introductory video call with you to determine if we are the right fit for each other.

Absolutely! Everyone is different with unique life experiences and goals; therefore, everyone will receive a fully personalized physical, spiritual, and nutrition plan. I do NOT offer copy and paste, one-size-fits-all training, meditations, or diet plans. Upon sign up, you’ll be required to complete a questionnaire that will provide me with all the information I need to create your plan. Once I’ve created your program, we will have a kick-off video call to walk through the program and answer questions you may have for me.

During live sessions, I will correct you as you go. If you prefer working out without live streaming with me, I will send video demonstrations answering all technique questions. Additionally, for any exercise you’re still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercise if we aren’t live streaming and forward it to me. I’ll then assess your form and provide feedback – ensuring you’re mastering your technique for future workouts.

Sure! First, I’m excited you are trying out meditation and trusting me to guide you along the way. I can tell you meditation was by far the most integral addition to my daily routine. There are endless benefits to building consistent habits around your meditation practice.

We always start with a discovery call to better understand what you’d like to accomplish through meditation. Whether it is to just create space for daily relaxation, explore and heal from painful experiences, gain clarity on decisions you need to make, sparking creativity, or many other reasons. Once we talk through potential goals and intentions, I will create a specific inner fitness plan for you beginning with easier forms of meditation and breathwork, and then slowly progress as we target specific areas you’re most interested in exploring. Like gym workouts, your meditation and breathwork sessions will also vary and rotate so we can yield the best results for your specific journey. I feel that whenever the world gets loud, stressful, or uncertain, meditation always brings me back to a strong, grounded foundation, and I’m sure you will also find it very helpful in your daily routine.

Energy work that will also be incorporated into these inner fitness sessions are a way to enhance each experience. While you relax or focus on your meditation and breathwork exercises, I will use traditional Eastern healing methods behind the scenes to remove energy no longer serving you, inviting a recalibrated, rejuvenated energetic balance into your life. During energy work, clients have different experiences. You may feel nothing at all, but later notice a positive shift in your mood or circumstances. You may feel warmth or a deep comfort during the session. You may just feel very relaxed. There is no right or wrong outcome, and you need no prior experience to gain the benefits on energy work. It is completely safe, and I will guide you from start to finish.

We can communicate regularly throughout each week via whatsapp or text – I’ll be your full-time coach, so you can message me at any time. In addition to regular communication, each week, you’ll complete a survey and receive personal feedback where I’ll highlight areas in which you’re doing well, things that can be improved and what we need to work on moving into the following weeks. Providing regular feedback ensures you receive the support, accountability and encouragement required to obtain the result you seek. Feedback is toward the beginning of the week. I take a truly one-to-one approach to online coaching!

Of course! I’ll provide delicious, high-protein, nutrient-rich recipes to help facilitate your goals and ensure your diet is sustainable.

All meditation, breathwork, and energy sessions will be done via Zoom. As for workouts, I allow the client to choose their preferred method. If you prefer me being live and present for your workouts (especially beginners), they will be done via Zoom, or Whatsapp. Whether you’re in the gym with ear buds, or at home, I can help guide and push you through your workouts. If you’re more comfortable trying the workouts on your own, you will have the training plan accessible and video demonstrations to answer anything your unsure about. Don’t worry, either support method, you’ll know what you need to do during each session. I offer transformation coaching where I’ll ensure all aspects of your meditations, training and nutrition are optimized, well beyond just the individual workout. You’ll receive a significant amount of support, including unlimited text support, weekly check-ins and weekly feedback.

During normal working hours, I tend to get back to people within an hour. Outside of working hours, this can be longer. But even on the weekend, I’ll certainly get back to you within 24 hours. In short, I’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Once you’ve signed up, I’ll send you a questionnaire to complete. Once you’ve completed your questionnaire and provided your front, side and rear photos, I’ll then get started on your plan. I will then have your plan created within the next few days (four days max). This is the time it takes to create a truly customized program. We will have a kick-off video call to get things started and answer any initial questions you have.

I’ll measure your progress via many metrics, such as progress in strength, measurements, scale weight, improvements in endurance, and of course, assessing body composition changes via progress photos. Full measurements and progress photos are done every four weeks, other metrics like strength and weight we’ll track weekly. Regarding inner fitness progress, we will track feedback in mood, energy, mindset, and shift in perspective through a scoring surveys, which I will monitor along your journey and discuss during feedback sessions.

For inner work and fitness, most clients noticed inward improvements from meditation and energy work within a few days, if not instantly. Most clients see physical progress after just a few weeks of following their workout and nutrition plan. How long it’ll take to achieve your desired body composition goal, really depends on what your goal is. I’ll do everything in my power to help you achieve your inner and outer goals as quickly as possible. In fact, I pride myself on helping people transform their mind, energy, and body in the quickest possible time.

Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. Simply let me know that you wish to cancel before the next payment is due, and I’ll cancel it. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current payment period.

No, I’ll design a plan to fit around your lifestyle. Most clients will train 3 to 4 times per week, but some may only exercise 1-2 times per week, while others train daily based on what your schedule permits. I’ll design the plan around what is optimal while ensuring it’s realistic. I also encourage meditating in between our inner fitness sessions, at least 5 days per week, 5-10 minutes to start for beginners and then gradually build up your mental endurance.

We will track your food journal directly via MyFitnessPal app. Using a food journal will ensure you’re within your calorie targets daily and weekly for the optimal results.

No, only you and I will have access to your progress photos. I take your privacy and comfort very serious and will offer the utmost professionalism and discretion at all times.

Yep! You’ll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You’ll know what foods to eat and what foods are best avoided. You’ll know what will be required pre and post-workout to optimise your performance and recovery. I’ll inform you on how to schedule your meals to optimize your gains. I will completely remove the guesswork!

Of course! It’ll be my job to ensure you’re doing veganism the right way, the safe way, a way in which is conducive to your goals and avoids the common nutrient deficiencies that can result from eliminated meat, fish and dairy.

The Gerard Method is a program specifically designed to be a cost effective, comprehensive inner and outer interconnection, packaged with foundational health services to help you reach the best version of yourself. I do not offer individual workout sessions, as my priority is to achieve client goals, which I cannot do with infrequent workouts. Since inner fitness is slightly different and can be beneficial instantly, I do offer meditation/breathwork/energy work sessions as individual and package, discounted offers. I also offer a nutrition plan monthly subscription for more experienced fitness participants wanting diet support to accelerate their results. Pricing can be found on the Program/Services page.
