The Gerard Method is comprised of various ancient and modern healing and growth techniques, customized for each client based on their unique needs and transformation goals. While individual services are occasionally available specifically for nutrition plans and inner fitness sessions (breathwork, meditation, and energy work), The Gerard Method is structured as a holistic program, bridging your inner (spiritual, mental, emotional) fitness with outer (physical) fitness for a deeper, optimal version of mind and body. The end goal of The Gerard Method (TGM) is reaching your full potential energetically, mentally, emotionally, and physically since they all overlap and are equally significant. Instead of having multiple personal coaches, The Gerard Method empowers you to set and monitor all personal mind and body transformation goals within a single growth and accountability source.

About Gerard Gladney

I’ve always been a fitness lover. Having grown up playing sports, the gym became a second home to me at an early age. Training became much more than a physical goal, but also a release and way to maintain my inner peace. It wasn’t until later I also realized the power and significant benefits of spirituality, or inner fitness as I like to call it. Over the years while working in finance, I’ve helped friends and coworkers learn more about exercising and how to achieve their fitness goals while reducing stress.

Through various life failures and hardships, my inner and outer fitness remained my core compass, allowing me to navigate and overcome hurdles that would have been otherwise insurmountable. With much gratitude for enduring a series of challenging life events, I wanted to leverage my business background with my passion and personal experience to help you access the same life tools to overcome your inner and outer fitness challenges so you can thrive in all life aspects most important to you.

As for credentials, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Breathwork and Meditation Coach, and Reiki Practitioner, so by working with me, you gain access to a comprehensive wellness approach, all-in-one.

The Gerard Method (TGM) is a program, offering 6 transformation sessions each month. Every month is comprised of 4 physical (outer) training sessions, and 2 inner training sessions (breathwork, meditation, energy work).

These 60-minute sessions all include various breathwork, meditation, and energy work. Each session will be personalized to you and your specific goal for that session. There are endless breath, meditation, and energy approaches, so each session will be different.

While most of our focus is how hard we work in the gym, the biggest driver of your fitness progress is your diet. This monthly subscription is often for clients with years of fitness experience, but less familiar with diets that will help accelerate their fitness goals.
