I have been working with Mark and utilising his app for a month now and It really has exceeded my expectations. In collaboration with the personal training I have participated in meditation, breathwork, and reiki sessions. This progress in my inner wellness has sparked my fitness commitment even more, so they truly do go hand in hand!
